Ordering, Shipping & Delivery Policies

SELECTION
Merchandise selection on our website varies from our stores. What you see here is a small sampling of what is typically available in our Farmington and Canton, CT stores.

SALES TAX
Current law requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped in CT. 

STANDARD SHIPPING:
We ship most "in stock" merchandise within 72 business hours using UPS Ground (which typically delivers in 1 to 5 days in all 50 states). 

If you order any merchandise that is not available, we will contact you by email and/or phone and it will be noted on your packing list included with your order.

Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped. 

All backorders that ship separate from your original shipments are shipped by US Mail or standard UPS Ground service without any additional shipping/handling charges. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-776-2681 for further assistance.

We will ship "in-stock" merchandise the same business day (Monday-Friday only) if your order is placed by 1:00pm EST.

If your order is placed after 1:00pm EST or on the weekend, your order will ship the next business day.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Please note any orders requiring sizing and/or engraving take additional time to ship. Ordering the correct ring size is the customer’s responsibility as this is considered a special order. RETURNS:
Returned items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days with original receipt. Returned items after 30 days will receive a store credit. No cash refunds or exchanges on Custom or Special orders. Ordering the correct ring size is the customer’s responsibility as this is considered a special order.

RETURN TO A STORE 
Our sales associates will be happy to help you with your returns in either location: 838 Farmington Avenue, Farmington CT 06032 or 110 Albany Turnpike, Canton, CT 06019. 

MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL: 
Please write the reason for the return on the back of your original receipt and  ship the receipt and item to: Monarch Jewelers, 838 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT 06032 

INSPECT YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your package and all contents at time of receipt. If box or contents are damaged during shipment, please contact us at 1-888-776-2681 or email your information to customer service: monarchjewelers@sbcglobal.net
